Each substitute early childhood professional must create a account to register with the Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning (TNPAL)

TNPAL is the official system of record for qualifications, training, and professional development for early childhood professionals working in child care providers licensed by TDHS. Early childhood professionals are assigned a unique TNPAL ID (State Registry ID)that supports portability of records and credentials.
